Abstract:
The purposes of performing an MOR test include QC and new development of shell building materials. In both cases it is important to have a test that is representative of the process, it is easy to conduct, and minimizes variation. A cylindrical test specimen that was easier to process and test was developed. The results were compared to other test specimens. The cylindrical specimen had similar variability as the standard specimen and significantly superior ease of processing.
